that goes beyond the sweat, tears, and burning muscles. It has to become what makes you get up at 5AM to start training
because you want to be better than you were yesterday. It takes much more than the average person can handle and even
on days your body screams no more, this only means that it is working, it doesn't mean you are anywhere close to where you
need to be. This mental focus doesn't fade in and out, it is constant and only in your dreams do you have time for anythng
else. Training for anything is an independent act, an individual realization of what level you have to reach."
